2. HOW WE USE AND COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA

  • The period depends on the services provided by LP Performance SRL. These are contractually agreed upon and recorded. When using our hosting service, an indefinite contract is established by default. This agreement can be terminated at any time. Deadlines regarding the digital strategy are also defined upon conclusion of the contract. The duration of these contracts depends on demand and is contractually agreed upon.

3.2 If you withdraw your consent or object to the processing of personal data, and if such objection is upheld, we will delete your personal data. However, we will keep this personal information necessary to respect your preference for the future.

3.3 However, we are entitled to retain your personal data if it is necessary for us to comply with our legal obligations, to file a legal claim, or to defend ourselves against such a claim or to provide evidence.

4. YOUR RIGHTS AS AN INDIVIDUAL
