David

I am David, having grown up in the 90s, dragon ball Z, ninja turtles, Van Damme, Schwartzy and Bruce Lee strongly influenced me. I started martial arts very early, with karate, judo and viet vo dao. At 16 I started bodybuilding and at 20 I stopped martial arts and I redirected myself towards acrobatics, martial tricks, parkour and capoeira.

I then started to get certified (NASM Personal Trainer, NASM Performance Enhancement specialist, Crossfit Level 1 & 2…) to be able to teach. So, since 2011, I have the pleasure of being able to pass on to you my sport knowledge and above all, my experience!

Yessica

Over 8 years ago, I obtained my certification as a personal trainer and since then, I have pursued various specializations. However, I must admit that my approach as a coach has significantly evolved since a few years ago when I gained 16 kg of weight and was diagnosed with endometriosis, which required surgery. At that moment, I realized that our body, both inside and out, is the result of our daily decisions.

Listening to and respecting our body, engaging in sports, and maintaining a balanced diet, not because we detest what we see in the mirror, but because we love ourselves, are the fundamental pillars of my coaching strategy.

My students not only achieve their version 2.0 but also experience a transformation in their lives.
