Nutritional advice

Nutritional advice on how much calories you should eat daily to reach your goal + the percentage of macros (protein, carbs, fat) you should be eating.

       Check up Call

20’ call(audio or video) at beginning of each 4 weeks cycle, the opportunity to have a contact with you and get to know you better. We’ll talk about the program I made for you and how you have to execute it so everything is clear before you start. At the beginning of the next cycle, we will talk about how you felt during the cycle, what will change on this one and if you need, showing me some exercises that you want me to check for the technique.

Call Every Week

20’ call (audio or video) every week so we can talk about your week of workout, your nutrition and how you felt about it, I can correct your form if you need to and adapt your program if necessary. And of course, I’ll cheer you up and keep that motivation up!

Mid-week e-mail check

in the middle of the week I’ll check your messages and answer your questions if you have some, it will also help me to prepare our next weekly call!

Customized meal plan

I’ll make you a 3 days customized meal plan, following your goal, food preferences, the number of meals per day you prefer or can have, allergies, macronutrients target, and calories target. You will have the option to swap meals if one day you don’t feel like eating this specific meal.
